XT-301 Torch Technology
The unique Consumables Cartridge houses consumable parts only, no built-in head/torch body to drive replacement costs up. Changing a cartridge is fast and easy – a couple of twists and the unique ‘rapid engagement’ retaining collar threads release the cartridge. Down-time is reduced to minutes and you can change from one process to another or from one application to another quickly and easily.
No Tools Needed! Could it be any faster or easier? No tools required for changing consumables or any major components in the torch head.

No Leaks Head: Designed so you have no coolant drips from the torch head when the consumables cartridge is removed. This also stops air from entering the system and getting trapped in leads.
Quality Cuts on All Metals: The dual gas technology on the XT-301 torch gives a high arc density plasma cutting stream on mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other non-ferrous materials. Choices for plasma gas include O2, N2, Ar-H2, or Air.
SpeedLok Collar: Gives you rapid engagement, cutting down time for consumables changes.
Self-Centering Components: Precise engineering of consumable parts and torch body designed so they lock into place for absolute alignment, and remain perfectly positioned cut after cut. Independently-aligned tip and electrode for reliable, accurate re-centering of the consumable cartridge after each parts change.
Relaxed Cutting Perameters: The operating window of the XT-301 permits a +/- 30% travel speed variance. Meaning that you'll get great cuts more often, reducing waste on time and materials time.
